Optometry/VISUTRON 900+

The compact automatic refractor VISUTRON 900+ follows a simple principle: One knob is enough. The quick and silent change of glasses facilitates the patient´s decision.

Switchboard

The switchboard controls the refractor, the projector, or the chart monitor. Exchange of test glasses is easily done via the patented multifunction knob. Additionally visual acuity and test types can be controlled.

Prism compensator

Two versions are available: with and without prism compensator. The prism compensator rests in the housing when not needed.

Reading screen

Optionally a reading screen can be mounted to the refractor. Pulled down, the refractor head turns automatically convergent and switches to the binocular mode.

Data links to peripheral devices

The VISUTRON 900+ is a good investment for the future. Software updates can easily be installed through a CompactFlash card port. These updates may improve the control of the refractor and the transfer of patients' data to peripheral instruments or office computers. This transfer may be performed via:
